📌 Cancellation Policy – Dive Packages

We understand that travel plans can change. For all dive packages:

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled start date.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, except in the case of:

    • Verified medical emergencies (with doctor’s note)

    • Port closures or weather-related cancellations for cruise guests

  • No-shows or late arrivals are non-refundable.

  • In case of unsafe weather or equipment-related issues from our side, we will offer:

    • A full refund, or

    • Reschedule at no extra cost

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
