📌 Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change. You may cancel or reschedule your Intro to Scuba Diving experience free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled dive time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the dive are non-refundable, except in cases of medical emergencies (doctor’s note required) or port cancellations for cruise ship guests.
No-shows or late arrivals are non-refundable.
In case of unsafe weather or sea conditions, we’ll offer a full refund or reschedule your dive at no extra cost.
All refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
