📌 Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change. You may cancel or reschedule your Intro to Scuba Diving experience free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled dive time.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the dive are non-refundable, except in cases of medical emergencies (doctor’s note required) or port cancellations for cruise ship guests.

  • No-shows or late arrivals are non-refundable.

  • In case of unsafe weather or sea conditions, we’ll offer a full refund or reschedule your dive at no extra cost.

  • All refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
