📌 Cancellation Policy – Dive Packages
We understand that travel plans can change. For all dive packages:
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled start date.
Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, except in the case of:
Verified medical emergencies (with doctor’s note)
Port closures or weather-related cancellations for cruise guests
No-shows or late arrivals are non-refundable.
In case of unsafe weather or equipment-related issues from our side, we will offer:
A full refund, or
Reschedule at no extra cost
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
